Regular Practice (Shinai Keiko) (COVID Precautions Required) – Hillside Middle School 7:00PM – 9:00PM

For this practice we will be doing non-kata exercises (shinai keiko), like our Saturday practices.

For participants that have bogu (protective gear) please bring it. For participants without bogu there will also be exercises like at our Saturday practices.

Requirements

1. Masks must be worn by all participants
2. Complete the updated waiver here
3. Print and sign the practice participation form here
4. Wear exercise clothes (Please wear dogi / hakama once you have them)
5. Please bring all your protective gear (bogu – men, kote, dou, tare, etc.) for this practice.
